GMC is a community not for profit health care organization which provides services to a large region of Eastern Montana and Western North Dakota. Our acute care area is licensed for 25 beds, which include 5 beds for behavioral health, 2 birthing rooms, 3 unit ICU and 2 unit Emergency Dept. The extended care unit has 75 skilled beds and Eastern Montana Veterans Nursing Home, which GMC manages and operates, is licensed for 80 beds. In addition, GMC has a 13 unit assisted living facility - "The Heritage" and an attached physician clinic - "Gabert Clinic".

GMC is the largest employer in Glendive, with approximately 430 staff members.
